     Jackfruit is a fruit which can be said as 'Jack of all the fruits'. This fruit is green in colour. This fruit is hard and thorny from outside and fibrous from inside. This fruit consists of minerals, vitamins, calcium, and also this fruit is rich in fibre. This fruit can be eaten raw as well as when ripen. This fruit grows  maximum in coastal areas. In India this fruit can be seen in Konkan and southern parts of India. When it is raw it's vegetable is prepared and when it is ripen it tastes sweet and can be eaten directly without cooking. Jackfruit is a fruit which builds our body. According to Ayurveda,  Jackfruit should not be eaten with milk as it causes to nausea, skin disease, itching.
